Our key values are honesty and integrity. Owner Jack Marley has lived in the town of Farragut his entire life. He went to Farragut schools, was involved in the football team, and raised his family in West Knoxville. Jack believes that a good reputation can’t be earned by cheating customers right and left. He’s observed other pest control companies pop in, advertise heavily in the spring, then move on to another business opportunity. Jack Marley and Farragut Termite & Pest Control are here to stay.

Farragut Termite & Pest Control also doesn’t have a high turnover rate for employees. Owner and Farragut resident Jack Marley has noticed the franchisees don’t pay their employees as much, and the workers move on to other jobs. By contrast, Jack pays his crew competitively, regularly hands out bonuses, and trains them to assess situations, use their equipment efficiently and safely, and communicate with the customer. Jack wants to hire and keep good employees. Some of his workers have been with Farragut Termite & Pest Control for over 10 years.

Residential or commercial job? We do both! We often cater to the big residential houses, but we’ve handled plenty of commercial accounts, such as Click Funeral Homes, Johnson Properties, Walgreens, Sharp Industries, and Atomic Trades and Labor Council, just to name a few.
